Refund Policy
Cancellation Within 48 Hours
If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Cancellation After 48 Hours
For cancellations made after the 48-hour window, 10% of the total amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Return Policy

  • A deduction of 20% will be applied based on the current market value of the lab-grown diamond at the time of return.
  • The gold value will be calculated based on prevailing market gold prices at the time of return.

Exchange Policy

  • A deduction of 10% will be applied based on the current market value of the lab-grown diamond at the time of exchange.
  • The gold value will be determined using the current market rate.

Additional Terms and Conditions
Condition of Items

  • Certification and the original bill are mandatory for processing any return or exchange. Without these documents, the request will not be processed.
  • Damaged products will be deemed ineligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
  • For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Returns or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt and verification of the item. Exchange time is subject to the availability of the replacement product.
